i've just made a Mod for MPEG2DEC : this version uses PostProcessing.
(big thx for Nic because the PostProcessing is from his XviD Dshow filter)

It seems stable and very fast (40 fps on my config...

in fact this rainbow seems to be a sort of Hue alteration with extreme luma/saturation values. i think a colornormalizer would work. i would code it fast (in C) and attach it. just a day or two...

then you frameserve it back to VDub with the filters.
