Wait,

I allowed DGNVTools to crop the left video and i got cropped left.dgi.

And this time bottom avs seems to work :)

Really weird; i haven't bewared the left is 1088. My display is an HDTV and it is far from me and i couldn't differ.
(anyway MediaInfo showed both videos as 1080 btw)
