All the time I search here I see there is no one-click soolution to convert NTSC to PAL, and yet I keep thinking that DVD2NTSC provides a one-click solution to do that, does it not ?

DVD-R Backups region
When I backup a DVD ... let's say Region 1, what will be the Region of the backupped DVD ? can I set it to 2 ? to All (=0) ?
If this is possible, will there be any problem of framerate, I mean...
