Tool for automatic sync fix?

So I have a TV recorded program and for some reason subs are a mess. The text is allright (I have it on SRT format) but the sync is very bad. Some starts very early and some very late.

I've been searching the net and trying a couple of "auto sync" tools, but none got the sub sync right.

I was wondering, is there a tool, using AI or whatever, that could fix my sub?

The sub and audio are in the same language, the voices are almost always very clear and audible, and the sub is already there with the correct text, it's just the sync what's wrong.

Thanks in advance.

Depending on how out of sync the SRT is...

If it's out of sync due to different frame rates, i.e. sync at the beginning but increasingly out of sync you can try Linear Shift at https://subtitleone.cc/adjustment/.

Think of it like a rubber band that you can shrink or stretch. Won't work if it's randomly out of sync...

I'm afraid that won't work, the desync does not increase, it's completely random...
