AutoGk Errors - Stream Information

I have the following files:

When I open AutoGk and try to input the folder I get this error "Error parsing input directory. Stream info file is not found."

The only difference in these files and a freshly ripped dvd is the Stream Information.txt file. Is it possible to still convert these .vob's without it? Can I create the .txt needed?

If AutoGk will not work I would be interested in instructions/tutorials/help for converting the above files to ANY format that I can use my cd-rw to burn, such as svcd, vcd, divx, etc.. I really don't want to waste this great find by deleting it.
