Ive got Mark's Tray DVD player and WinDVD, but they cant "emulate" different conditions so that i could test out things like subtitles on 4:3 screen wideescreen or menues in 4:3 and widescreen. Tray dvd player does have a lot of controls but doesnt show subtitles in 4:3 mode in correct position, as it would show in standalone player, or menues properly in 4:3 mode. etc.

Anyone know software dvd player that would allow me to do things like i descripted above or perhaps have alternate solution to my problem? :)

Thanks in advance.

Personal suggestion would be to author test DVD with menus, burn to RW, test on SAP, which is where it all matters anyway. :)

True. I tested couple of other software dvd players such as Sonic Cineplayer and it seems to show everything, with option to change screen mode etc., correctly.

EDIT:
Interesting. When i install Sonic Cineplayer, trial version only, that alone will make Mark's tray DVD player work like it should, menues work properly in 4:3 mode etc.
