wav to aif?

i seem to be having the odd occassion crop up in which i need to
make a conversion of a simple stereo wav to a matching stereo
aif. no normalizing, no manipulations of any kind save the change
of format. seems like besweet will do this but i can't for the life
of me figure out how. using BeSweet GUI 0.7b4. would someone
who knows be so kind as to post a walk-through of what buttons
to push? or let me know if this isn't something besweet does.
