One choice would be to use "TMPGEnc DVD Author" (Different than "TMPGEnc"). You can obtain a FULLY functional free 30 day trial version of this commercial program at:

thanks matey the problem ive got is that nero will only accept one ts folder ie vob files but i have video ts for each episode will tmpg help me

Divxtodvd will allow you to do this,

with the free version (0.5.2) just hold ctrl will selecting all the episodes.

the shareware version (not yet at version 2.0), 1.99.14 is great also, and a month or so an option for creating menus will be out, so that way you can have a menu for all the episodes on the dvd. (the shareware version supports subtitles and has its own burning engine)---see VSO Software/divxtodvd
