Propheads now giving away disc images of rebirth after registration -- PC download by torent only. Has synths & drums -- Might be interested in using for menu tracks etc...

Nero will give free upgrade to v. 7 if you buy v.6 between now and 11/30/05 -- see upgrade faq. Buyer beware however if you plan on using competitive upgrade rebate -- even if you paid full price for Roxio download, you need owners manual cover. I would bit__ louder but Roxio has the same policy!

The full statement at the NERO website regarding NERO 6 owners is as follows:

"3. I recently bought Nero 6. Am I eligible for a discount on Nero 7 Ultra Edition?

Customers who have purchased a full version (not an OEM version) of Nero 6 between September 1, 2005 and November 30, 2005 for the regular price will receive a free upgrade serial number for Nero 7 Ultra Edition.*

Customers who have purchased a full version (not an OEM version) of Nero 6 before September 1st 2005 for the regular price can receive a discount offer for a Nero 7 Ultra Edition purchase."

There is presently no information provided regarding "what's new" in v.7...
