Hello,
I have a question with bothers me for some time now. In my view there are 2 types of blank cd's, 650MB and 700MB.
I always thought that for 1 cd to fit on a 700MB disk you would need to procedure a video file of +- 695 MB (5MB svcd files).
The strange thing is, every bitrate calculator i use talks about 80Min CD's, which are 797MB (or 800).
My question is:
At what size target should i encode my movies? (I do "manuall" encodes, i dont like click apps).
