Video-out: PC to TV

Not sure if this is the correct forum.

I have a ATI Radeon 9200 VIVO card wich I would like to hook up to by tv for watching movies.

The quality on the tv is great, but during fast moving scenes it seem as if the picture "tears". Almost like when playing a high FPS game where you tell in the settings not to sync every frame.

I have tested the latest drivers.

Any help??

is your Vivo card set to the right region also what freq is it.
i had a similar issue awhile back and i had set my graphics card to PAL-I rather the PAl-B or something like that.

It's set at PAL-I which is the correct one.

have you tried using TV tools?

tvtool does not work for radeon cards.
make sure that tv is set as primary display and that you're using overlay or vmr9 renderer in your program.
