Reading d2v files with media player classic ?

In my previous Windows installation i was able to read d2v files with Media Player Calssic. But I reinstalled Windows today, and i can't read them anymore, i don't remember what i need to install in order to play them.
Can someone help me ?

I think only dvd2avi 1.76 index files can be read by MPC.
