Easier way to make DVD jacket pictures?

I have been making DVD jacket images using TMPG for a couple of years now and the process is getting tiresome.

Is there some free dedicated program just for taking in an image file and automatically converting it to the 3 jacket file formats?

to be honest i do not know of any one tool that can do this, however some of the methods discussed in this thread may help streamline your process:
