I have a dragonball dvd here.

It's so big so when I ran it through rebuilder I didn't include the english audio.

I mounted the resulting .iso in alcohol and viewed the dvd.

If I didn't change the default audio (default is english) and just play the main video, chapter 29 plays fine.

If I change the audio to japanese from the main menu, chapter 29 plays a different chapter (not sure what chapter though but I pretty sure it's a later chapter). but on chapter 30, it plays fine again.

Any ideas?

I forgot to say the original DVD doesn't have that problem.

What process did you use? I have a hard time imagining how DVD-RB could do that, there has to be more to it.

even more so , arent chapters referenced by time or frame number? something audio would have absoltuely no affect on

I use titlesetblanker to blank the extra VTSes. other than that, the DVD is similar to the original.

sometimes preprocessing the dvd can ruin the whole dvd. For preprocessing I would recommend voblanker. I've never had a issue with it!

titlesetblanker is much much simpler than vobblanker. it implements 2cool's "blanking a vTS" guide using a gui. and I'm pretty sure that I have read issues with vobblanker and dvd-rb in the past.
