pgcedit exit to NOP

I authored a DVD but made the last chapter with the contact info for our org too short to read. The post command is exit. I changed this to NOP expecting that the movie would freeze on the last frame. Will this not work or do I need one more step?

NOP is a do-nothing command. It doesn't stop the video.

To set a pause at the end of a video, select the right PGC, open the PGC Editor, and set the cell's "Still Time" of the last cell to the number of seconds you want, between 0 and 254. For an infinite pause, use 255.
You must change the Still Time value in the cell list (in the lower right corner of the PGC Editor window), not the global PGC Still Time!

Sorry to go OT, but what exactly does the global PGC Still time do?

Seems it does the same thing as setting a still time on the last cell. But it doesn't work with most players. Another DVD-Video standard problem!
I have added this field in PgcEdit mainly to be able to test. Works sometimes...

Thanks after I posted I figured out to change the command to LinkCN Cell 1
but I like your way better- more control. :D

Yes, and your LinkCN method forces the player to re-read the cell each time. If the cell is short, reading again and again the same portion of the disc may damage it. In the other hand, with the cell still time, the player is instructed to simply wait.
