Progress Seems to Be Stalled

First time running RB.

After about an hour, the Progress bar is full but the Overall Progress Bar is completely empty. It started, went a little ways, and then stopped.

I think it's safe to assume something is stalled. I got no error messages though and I don't know what to do or what corrections to make to get it to run properly.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like you may have it in three click mode instead of one click mode.
If the encode button is not greyed out try pressing it.
If this is the case and in the future you want one click mode, make sure one click mode is checked off on the mode dropdown.

If this isn't it we need more info like what encoder you are using and how do you have it setup.
