question on quantization matrix?

Are there any quantization matrics that's better for anime/cartoons? I found some on google but they were over 6 months old and the links aren't working anymore.

I don't know personally if these matrices are better than any others out there, as that is a subjective thing, but some info in this link Here (http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=705172&postcount=146) may give you some direction.

I found that for 4 episodes per CD or 1 CD rip the best "matrix" is h.263. But in higher bitrates you can try CCE Smooth (CG etc.)/CG-Animation Matrix (they are the same thing) that comes with Xvid.
