Just recently I've noticed that every time I log onto Windows Update they try to get me to download 'Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool' (KB892130). Does anyone know exactly what it does? I presume it checks to see if you have a legitimate version of Windows. It says once installed it cannot be removed so I guess it can shuts down illegal versions.
