DVD Rebuider isn't an authoring package. It's a one-click DVD backup program that uses high-end encoders or transcoders (Rejig) to create faithful reproductions of one's original disk onto a 4.7GB recordable. While it does have its own internal reauthoring mechanism, it doesn't allow you to take MPEG files and soundstreams, and make your own disks out of them.
