adding meta to mp4 with MP4box

From what I understand, MP4Box allows the adding of meta into .mp4 files and such. I was wondering if it was possible to add things such as track, artist, year, author, etc. as meta and how to do it with MP4Box. I've searched around and have found virtually nothing on the subject.

hm not sure, i think what mp4box supports is some features of mpeg-21, i think you can add files that way to .mp4, dunno the details
