If i'm not wrong, the total maximum bitrate on DVD can be 10.00 Mbps.

This is including vidieao and audio tracks.

But I don't know if the rule is 10.00 Mbps VIDEO AND CURRENT AUDIO STREAM, or if it's 10.00 Mbps, VIDEO and ALL AUDIO STREAMS.

I have a DVD done with DVD-RB and CCE VBR_BIAS=0, so FULL VBR.

The maximum video bitrate = 9.162 Mbps.
Audio Dts = 0.768 Mbps.
Audio 5.1 DD = 0.448 Mbps
Audio 2 channels DD = 0.224 Mbps.

So total is well over 10.00 Mbps, but in combination with
DTS it's 9.930 Mbps, just under 10.00 Mbps.

Is this ok, so far ?

Can it happen that DVD-RB-PRO with CCE at full VBR ever comes above maximum or is DVD-RB automatically adjusting MAX-bitrate ?

Thx,

See the DVD Demystified FAQ, it contains all the necessary information.

For your information, CCE doesn't always respect the max bitrate you set so you're better off setting it lower than the calculated maximum.

jpripper is correct except it is 10.08 So you're too high and not compliant. Reduce your vid BR to say 8, which is more than plenty.
