How 2 edit audio tracks of a VOB file

I need to edit poor audio tracks of a DVD VOB file.
IMTOO audio ripper will present all audio tracks within a VOB file Which can be edited with Cooledit or other audio wave editors but how does one multiplex them back to the original VOB file. Imtoo does not show other files or the structure from which the audio files were extracted from. Is there a specific software(s) to complete the job?

Use Muxman to remux and create a new DVD, with your edited title.
You will have to replace the new title VOBs in the DVD structure. This subject has already been covered several times, but I don't remember where.
