Its been a long night of reading and asking questions. :)
After much reading, and alot of pondering, I find myself wondering if it is possible to use different encoders for different sections of a DVD. Since the general concensus (from what I am reading so far) is that Procoder does a great job with interleaved sources, and HC does a great job with low bitrate material, is it possible to use a different encoder to do different parts of a DVD before the rebuild phase? Or even better, can I make DVD-RB encode only the sections of a DVD I want?

No, not at this time, but possibly in the future to all of the above.

I'm looking at that as a possiblity for v1.10. I've often thought about using one encoder for progressive sources and another for interlaced.

Thanks again for an awesome product Jdobbs. I would love to see these features in a newer version of DVD-RB, especialy the ability to encode only one section at a time. This would be tremendously helpful if for some reason one section comes out a bit pixelated or something. That way I wont have to wait so long to perfect my final output. :)
