when testing the elecard chegepuga filter (available here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=703999#post703999)) i noticed missing frames
my tests showed that
nero parser + nero decoder gave me all files
nero + ffdshow gave me -2 frames
haali + ffdshow gave me -4 frames
haali + nero gave me -2 frames*
the "use clock" option was disabled
that was with a x264 stream encoded to .mp4 with 3 b-frames and b-references
for me this looks like haali drops 2 frames and ffdshow drops also 2 frames!?
*an additional strange thing was that when ever i played this graph the first time i got always -62 frames (this was always reproduceable). when i played the graph another time i got always -2
can anyone reproduce this?
