Incomplete audio extration

I recently complete a 30 minute project using Pinnacles Studio 9 NLE software. I then generated an .avi file using PCM audio. This video file plays perfectly.

I decided to create an Svcd from this file using the latest DVD2SVCD and DSRoba software. I have run into a problem with audio extraction. Even though the avi is 30 minutes long only about 4-6 minutes of the audio is extracted and then reencoded by Besweet.

When I load the extrated audio into a player it is again only 4-6 minutes long so that the problem appears to be in the extraction phase.

When my inital conversion was completed everything started fine but the sound end at this 4-6 minute point and the rest of the converted video was silent.

Hoping some ideas can be offered.

This is an old DVD2SVCD issue, you can find a couple of workarounds in the stickies. A procedure that always works for me goes like this:

Load the AVI into VirtualDub, select "Direct Stream Copy" for audio and video, save as AVI under a different file name. In DVD2SVCD make sure that the "Internal Routines" are selected under the audio tab.
