many files recorded from satellite has wrong time scale.
for example this file http://www.saunalahti.fi/isos/sat.mpg is 13 seconds long but all players show it 1 second long. in my system set elecard codec.
when i deactivate elecard codec in my system then appears ligos codec in my system and timescale in mpeg2 files becomes correct but access time becames too long and in video appear many artefacts. when i open it by virtualdubmpeg2 or play with elecard2 codec it has not any artefacts.
it was recorded by progdvb and by dvbdream and both have some problem.
i tried pvastrumento and project-x with default setting and they did not help.
such problem i have with many satellite channels but are channels that not have such problem.
how i can fix those files??
