Vegas 6.0 scrolling

I must of changed some setting because now when I'm scrolling on the timeline with the arrow keys, it only goes frame by frame if it's zoomed in a lot. Usually it didn't matter how much I'm zoomed in or out, it wouldn't effect what frame it would jump to when I press the arrow key left or right, but now it's random depending on how much I'm zoomed. Does anyone know a way to fix it so it's the exact same no matter how much your zoomed in or out. I'm sure there's an option somewhere to fix this but I can't seem to find it. Any help is appreciated.

In these screenshots I took, look at the time display on the left. Usually when I tap right once, it goes forward just by .01 witch is what I want to do, but instead it jumped by .06. I guess since I'm so use to being zoomed in so much, I didn't notice it does this when zoomed out

In premiere it doesn't matter how much your zoomed in, it will always go back or forward the same.. I just tested Vegas on my other computer and it's doing the same. If theres a way to change it so it always just goes forward .01 seconds when you press forward, I would like to know.
