DV decoder differences - update

So, what decoder ships with Windows Vista? I installed Vista Ultimate and was able to play all my DV files out-of-the-box. I was wondering if this is one of the decoders described and tested in this thread, or something new. (I played the files with both windows home premium and windows ultimate.)

I've been trying Cedocida, but I've had to disable it because vdub can't playback in real time with it. Anyone else had this problem?
