hey, in one of my dvd to nd avc conversion, i noticed the walls have blocks,i tried -1 and 0 deblocking but no luck, how to remove them, i even tried high bitrates, but to no luck, should i use automatic smooth option?

ok, right now , i have accidentaly deleted the output movie, i will post the shots tomorrow! but still, can u tell me how to reduce those pesky blocks?

Here, i have used De-Blocking of -1, pls tell how to make those walls look better!

could you post the same screenshot? :) And the last jpg has blocking issues at bottom.

i can confirm that the screenshots have same effects, i can't post exact dvd screenshot as nero digital skips that portion quickly due to frames or something, both the effect on walls is same in that whole sequence!pls give some advice!

is AVC playback using 100% CPU?

there's a go to function in media player classic so you can always get the exact same frame. Perhaps it's not a 2 second deal, but it's doable as my codec comparisons have proven over and over.
