Given how good everything looks I have been using the nero decoder since it has been the fastest (last tested 3 months ago).
Is there a more effecinet decoder currently like FFDSHOW etc?
On my P4 3ghz HT 1GB machine my 720p encodes (1.4GB/42 minutes) are just not quite fast enough - still get pauses in fast moving scenes AND then audio sync problems under MCE2k5+nero
