With a bit of luck this will pave the way for other people to challenge the bully tactics of the RIAA and make them fight all the way for the money they get for the so-called infringements, alright some might be guilty but others like this woman may have been used by other people.

Hope she wipes the floor with the RIAA. They need to have their tails kicked, and the Judge might want to do just that.

It's unfortunate that there aren't more people like her willing to take these cartels on in court. Hopefully this will get more people to stand up and fight instead of rolling over and taking it up the exit.

It is very hard to fight the Intertainment Industry in court, Myself and several others tried once, never got to court. Our lawyers were intimidated by threats and money, untile they backed down, cost us over $13k in lawer fees. Hollywood is very powerful and they have a big influience with many politions. One minute they are on your side, then all of a sudden their bank account grows and they have changed sides.

Being one the inside was our disadvantage, she has a better chance, by being an outsider.
