I know some software dvd players like Power DVD, WinDVD, and FantasyDVD Player are embedded with Dolby Virtual to emulate 5.1 surround sound through stereo speakers or headphones.
However as those softwares are still focused on playing DVD. Thus they can't play all kinds of container formats, like VLC, WMP, Media Player Classic, zoom player, or the core media player, which can play videos in mkv, ogg, etc when coupled with ffdshow or matroska filters to .
So I wonder if you know any software player or codec allowing Dolby Virtual ?
