DVD with DTS to DVD with AC3?

Is there a simple program to convert movie with DTS sound to AC3?

I'm not an experienced DVD maker - I like DVDShrink and DVDDecrypter.
(I've found some solvations in GOOGLE but they contain several (5-7!!) steps in different professional programms that aren't available for me. And at last, you must remake DVD, loosing it's quality.)

(My DVD player (XORO-400pro) can not decode DTS to analog signal, and I'm not planning to by receiver with DTS processor next year. And now I'm converting movies on DVD-9 with only DTS sound to DIVx with stereo sound (with AutoGK) to watch them on TV :( )

there is no free one-step way to do this in good quality

but i have to wonder how many movies are released with dts but without ac3 5.1?

Hallo, E-MALE! I live in Ukraine and usually watch movies with russian translation. New movies saled here often contain English AC3 but Russian translation only in DTS.
