Take a look at this part of Nero's log:

00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 - 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................
There should be more data here, including an entry for the media that's been identified as being inserted in the drive. This leads me to believe that your media is incompatible with the drive, or you might need a firmware update. Have you tried other brands of media? Are you ripping with Decrypter beforehand? I asked these same questions of you in your previous thread, so please follow up and supply details this time; it's hard to figure out what's going on with a problem if you don't supply information when asked.

Are you sending Shrink's transcoded file straight to the burner, or pulling it up manually and burning in Nero?

There should be more data here, including an entry for the media that's been identified as being inserted in the drive. This leads me to believe that your media is incompatible with the drive, or you might need a firmware update. Have you tried other brands of media? Are you ripping with Decrypter beforehand? I asked these same questions of you in your previous thread, so please follow up and supply details this time; it's hard to figure out what's going on with a problem if you don't supply information when asked.

Are you sending Shrink's transcoded file straight to the burner, or pulling it up manually and burning in Nero?

You'll also see a "Power calibration error" in this log. Again, this one points to spotty media, and occasionally, a dirty drive. Dirt's easy to get rid of, open the drive and spray some canned air in there, maybe you'll get lucky.

OK, why not try this?

Make a folder for your Decrypted files, and a separate folder for your Shrink ISO's. Name them appropriately so that you can keep them organized separately. Keeping decrypted files and processed ISO's filed separately has helped me cut down on the confusion.
Make absolutely certain you're using the last version of DVD Decrypter. With Decrypter open, click Help > About; the version number should read *3.5.4.0*, if not, find it in the Forum's Downloads section and bring it home with you.
Decrypt with Decrypter in either File or ISO Mode, sending the results to your "Decrypter" folder.
Open Shrink, click the Load Files button, and navigate to where your Decrypter folder is on your drive structure. Load your target file.
Choose your settings in Shrink, and set the target of the finished ISO to your Shrink folder.
Open Nero. If you use Nero 6 Burning Rom, on the menu bar, select "Recorder > Burn Image", and navigate and load the target ISO from your Shrink folder.
If you're forced to use Nero Express, select "Disc Image or Saved Project", and again, navigate and load the target ISO.
Here's the good part! Burn!

I still think your media is the culprit; using the links below, check what others have found about the specific burner, and standalone player you're using. Chances are, if you find a brand of media that your hardware "likes" better than the media you're now using, you can start having successful burns...and go back to the way you were ripping/shrinking/burning when things were good.
