The mvisto worth buying it ?

It plays divx xivd ... but no h264 no mkv or mp4 :(
But most of al it is very portable.
One thing i don't understand is, it has a hdmi output
and it comes with a hdmi to composite cable ??
How come a cable can convert digital signal into analoge ??

The connection does look the same as an HDMI socket doesn't it?

However, it appears as though this particular manufacturer is using this output to pass analogue signals: -

By-the-way, the A/V socket on Micro$oft's XboX looks similar to an HDMI socket too!

Mvisto also has 'hdmi' to vga cable.
So if you want any cable for different types of display, you 'll to buy a mvisto cable ??
Maybe i 'll wait for the next gen hd players with true hdmi output.
