One pass VBR (w/ Analysis)

Is there a way to use the One pass VBR (w/ Analysis) feature and get an output that is close to full capacity of a disc. Everytime i have tried this, i get an output that is 3.5 Gigs.

I've never gotten output that small... but the OPV prediction is inherently unpredictable. You can always change the TargetSectors parameter.

The problem is that single increments in the Q value can sometimes make huge sizing differences. For example DVD-RB may select a Q of 7 and get an undersized output -- and then change it to 6 and get an oversized output.
