DivX6 Qpel Question

when can qpel be used in divx 6:
can i use this combo:
unconstrained profile + qpel + insane quality mode?

Until version 6.0 of the encoder it is not possible to use QPel with the RDA. Therefore QPel is greyed out when insane quality mode (which takes advantage of RDA) is chosen.
However with the latest Helium encoder this does not seem to be the case. Have to check whether the encoder reverts to balanced mode when QPel is chosen or QPel and RDA finally work together.
