Just wondering if dvd2svcd was compatible with windows xp 64?
Keep crashing as soon as it loads.

Maybe the problem is on "your XP 64"

XP 64 is supposed to run 32bits' applications without problems... beta there were some(one?) beta release(s) that didn't.

no it is version 2003 with service pack 1....the release version not the beta version

here is the generated error report...way above my head when trying to decipher it..any help would be greatly appreciated

Maybe you should disable the "Data Execution Prevention" for this Application. Had to do this with HCEnc in order to get it to run.

been there done that....made allowances for dep of dvd2svcd and it still comes up with this program has to close

no one else is using xp 64 with dvd2svcd?
