View Full Version : How to use ReJig on a ts set?

I'd like to use ReJig to reduce a ts set to 1M less than the space of a DVDR.

I'm unsure about a couple of aspects of ReJig. The site is long gone and I've never worked with ts stuff before so I'm looking for some direction.

When I load the first file in the ts set, ReJig is smart enough to follow the entire set. The stream list shows 2 entries. Why is that? Should I ignore that part of the menu?

The "Fix & Correct AC3 Delay" box is unchecked by default. OK, how do I tell if this needs to be enabled?

The 2 pass option shows a default size of 3451 MB. Since ReJig makes an m2v file, how should I copy the audio track from the original ts set then mux it to the m2v?

the stream list should say exactly what the streams are. you choose which stream you wish to work on.

this was really added for ripped dvd files. when ripping them with such as dvddecrypter you could find out through the log if there was a delay difference in the streams. easier to handle when there is no delay so that fixes it. with captured sources there shouldnt be any delay. basically check after remuxxing to see if its in sync and if not and the audio is ac3 then you can use that to correct it from the original file.

demux the audio and then mux the .m2v and audio with any program that muxes such as tmpgenc or bbmpeg etc.
