I know it is slightly OT but this must be the best place to ask.
I am only getting into XviD just now and plan to buy a player for upstairs but I want to know whether it will play the DivX and XviD files that I already have. Any recommendations as to a good choice would be very much appreciated.
Would it be easy to convert any that did not play?
It is for a smallish TV but would still go for the best pic quality available although compatability is the top priority. Sound I am not bothered about really.
I have noticed brands such as DK, PackardBell Kiss which I have no knowledge of but also well known makes like Sony, Panasonic JVC etc. I am totally lost in this area.
Can anyone advise? :scared:
