Subtitles in Quicktime

Does anyone know if you can turn subtitles on/off on quicktime pro. I mostly dont want them, was wondering if i should encode with them for theater system. Thanks

you can switch and dis/enable any track, including subtitles, in quicktime with the "edit - enable track" option
