IFO edit 0.96 error while doing Get VTS Sectors

Hi, I used the guide to split Godfather 2 PAL to 3 dvds (first was dvd9, second was dvd5).
The guide worked fine for Godfather 1 and 3, but when I almost finished doing it for Godfather 2 first dvd, and tried to do the last step (Get VTS Sectors), it gave me the following error:

There is something wrong!
The IFO Endsector does not match the file size.

If I press ok, this error is shown one more time before it proceeds with regular messages.
That was on both parts of the splitted dvd1.
What does it mean? If I ignore it, will it cause problems on dvd player playback?

Try opening up your files in PgcEdit. Double click on your movie Title PGC to being up PgcEditor and if you have something wrong with your sectors' time, it'll give you a warning also. Click yes/OK to this message. Exit out of PgcEditor. Save your DVD as it will perform a Get VTS sectors also.

I downloaded the prog in version 0.2, and did File>Open DVD and loaded the apropriate dir.. but what is next I am not sure.. can you elaborate please?

ok I now installed the 0.6.0 version, but its still very similiar to 0.2, I opened it, but I dont understand what do you mean by "Double click on your movie Title PGC to being up PgcEditor"? Do you mean like VTSM1? I have those there.. also VMGM.
I tried to double click some, but no error of any kind in the new window.
Am I doing it right? if so, does it mean the error in ifoedit is meaningless?
If not, how to do it right? :)

You are in the right area. Double click on your VTST PGCs with labels "Title #". Do they have any error messages, especially for your main movie title?

I am not sure where to double click.. either there is no error, or I dont do it right, or I am in the wrong place :)
Any chance you could take a look on remote control? (radmin, vnc?) would very much appreciate it :)

I am not sure where to double clickIn your PGC Selection area, double-click on a VTST PGC. Notice the Title #s?

.. either there is no errorIf you get an error message about your sectors being wrong, just click OK or yes. PgcEdit will correct it for you. If not, do worry about it. Exit out of your PgcEditor wndow.

Do for all titles for now and save your DVD when done. Check to see if you get the IfoEdit error again when you do a Get VTS Sectors.

Oh I found it now :)
and no, no errors.. so that means everything is fine? and its only something with IFO edit? if so, can I burn now? think you said that it Gets VTS sectors when I exit PgcEdit?

Before you do any burning...it is recommended that you test your DVD by playing it in a software player. e.g. PowerDVD, WinDVD, IfoEdit,etc.

BTW, did you test to see if you still got the error in IfoEdit after saving in PgcEdit?

and no error now in IFO edit :)IfoEdit will correct your sectors even if they are correct to begin with. You just repeated what PgcEdit does when it saves and that's correcting the sectors.

For the future - note PgcEdit does its own Get VTS Sectors in 2 ways - one with 32k spacing (see the options menu to turn this feature on) and the other without (which is exactly the same as IfoEdit).

Also the latest version of IfoEdit is 0.971

think you said that it Gets VTS sectors when I exit PgcEdit?That's almost correct. PgcEdit gets VTS sectors when you save the DVD. Obviously, if you exit without saving, the DVD is not modified.

The 32K gap option is a way to protect your DVD from scratches and dust. See this guide (http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/third_party/blutach/Burning%20With%20PgcEdit.htm) by Blutach to learn how.
Take care: you must burn a DVD saved with the 32K gap option ON with PgcEdit, ImgTool Classic or RecordNow, or you may burn a coaster. Don't use Nero, which will remove the 32K gaps!
