VirtualDub crashes

I connected my GameCube to PC using VIVO, and it displayed the picture for a while, but then my PC just rebooted. I wasn't even capturing, I was just looking at the preview... How do I fix this?

I have Gainward GF6600 GT and I'm using Win XP Pro SP2.
