What exactly do you mean by MPEG-4? avi with mpeg-4 video? asf with mpeg-4? an actual mp4 file? or what? Is it actually AVC or you just picked this forum at random? Strickly speaking DVD encoding questions should be in the DVD or MPEG2 forums.

I take my xvid encoded video and burn it as "Data" on my DVD ;)
now I got my avi/ogm/mkv video on DVD :p
you see, next time you should be more precise...

@scotty: i'm sure You can get some answers here, but You asked a question, that cannot be answered in a way You expected. There are different contaniers that can handle mpeg4 streams (raw, avi, matroska, ogm, asf, mp4), and types of mpeg4 streams (AVC, ASP). My advice: ask a detailed question, and You will receive detailed answer.
