CloneDVD output to DVDfiles problem

I used CloneDVD, when the process went to output method, I chose the DVDfiles, but the process stopped in the middle and a message popup said the process can not be completed, there are some numbers in the message. I have tried several times, it always stopped at the same place and same message. Please help.
