DVD Shrink and Decrypter problems

I have been using DVD shrink and decrypter to burn The Ice Princess from Disney and twice the burn went through but the movie did not play. I have a sony dru-710a dvd burner( sucks and might go back to my dvd rom to burn) and was using MaxellDVD+r, and Maxell DVD +rw for discs and was burning them at 4x speed. Each time the a disc error came up. ANy help

DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter normally make a pretty good combo. When you say your disk won't play... are you referring to trying to play your burned disks on a stand-alone? If your stand-alone's display is simply showing "disk error," it's probably a formatting issue: I used to see this quite a lot before formatting my disks as DVD-ROM.

you can use a utiltiy from LITE-ON (who is the real manufacturer of your drive -- Sony just rebadges 'em) to change this setting on a 720A. Might be worth a shot for your 710; the worst it can tell you is "no."
