Lead H.264 codec,explanation of functions please?

I recently start downloading Lead h.264 codec from site http://www.leadtools.com/evaldownloads/MM/Convert/LEADCaptureandConvert(eval).exe

I didn't finish download yet,so I don't know anything about that codec,yet.Can someone post some explanation of Lead h.264 codec,quality,speed of compression,etc.

Can this codec compare in quality with x264 and Nero Digital AVC codecs?

It seems to support non-standards compliant descrete wavelet transformation instead of DCT for H.264 codec.

The following LEAD codecs make use of wavelet compression: H.264, H.263, MJPEG2000 and MCMW

I recently tried out the Lead eval, none of their codecs are very good, (the ones that worked for me that is) and it installs about 50 directshow filters which I had to manually de-register becuase their uninstaler crashed on me I wouldn't have bothered but they were screwing up my yuy2 overlay and causing cpu usage spikes while using virtual vcr.

last time i checked their samples they were normal standard compliant h.264

DCT is supported as well. I guess that their "Super Compression Mode" enables DWT.
