Nero Digital AVC(.mp4) files with mplayerc?

Hi all,

I have been trying to play Nero Digital made AVC files with media player classic with little success. I hear sound but see black screen.

I have ffdshow installed and in its codec page H264 enabled.

I also have nero vision express installed. It should have the filter/splitter necessary. I just don't know how to make mplayerc use it.

I can open the prepared mp4 files with Nero Showtime and Windows Media Player 10 without any problem.

Any help?

Hmm, there might be some codec conflicts on your system. Radlight filter manager usually helps to solve them. You could also try to install haali's media splitter.
