I am looking for a program that authors vcd/svcds and outsputs bin/cue files other that VCDEasy & CDRWIN.

no dude. i need a program so i can edit the file structure of an vcd/svcd like in nero i can add junk in mpgav folder without any problem.

I'm not greatly familiar with vcd/svcd structure, but if I'm not mistaken isn't it rendered before the files are created? If this is so, you can't edit the files; you will have to start with raw video, edit that, then render it.
