Getting undersized images and other problems

I'm using d2sroba with dvd2svcd and everything has worked fine until last week.
In d2sroba I set the image size to 4472 mb but I get about 3.87 gb?! It happened with a couple of NTSC movies. I also got an error message on the two latest movies I tried to reencode. Picture attached

Since your using d2sroba, what was the Q that was used for the encode. I'd say it was 1, thats the lowest it can go and cannot improve the quality of the encode and produces the maximum size dvd it can produce.

As for the error, I'd suggest you have an internal problem with the AVI, I'd check it with DivFix and/or DivxRepair.

The problem is solved. It was heat that caused the problem about an hour after starting encoding.
Speeded up the cpu fan and everything is back to normal.
